The Procedure for Renting This Space is as Follows

  1. The renting rules are for VIP Members and everyone. Pay the venue fee within 2 weeks; 30% of the total price is paid as a security deposit. After the event is over, Trimentea will verify the areand return the security deposit.
  2. After venue reservation is complete, dates change or cancelations can be changed within 2 months or we’ll refund your money. If you are going to cancel within three days, your deposit will not be refunded and the date will not be changed.
  3. Pay the cleaning fee before you are ready to start your event.
  4. No food allowed.

Tea Space Renting Rules

  1. The space renting fee is calculated according to the number of people NT$150  per person per hour. The maximum is 10 people at one time.
  2. The rental period, except Tuesday, is from Monday to Sunday 12:00~14:00, 14:00~16:00, 16:00~18:00. Each rental period is for two hours.
  3. If you need to bring food in the rental space, please inform us beforehand. An extra NT$500 cleaning fee will be charged for each period.
